Description: This ammo was produced by Winchester Military Ammunition (WMA) & Western Cartridge Company (WCC), between the 1950’s – 1990’s, and is non-corrosive, in reloadable brass cases. At 230 grain, expect a muzzle velocity of around 830 feet per second. Featuring high quality Winchester components, this ammunition delivers outstanding reliability. This ammunition is loaded with a 230 grain full metal jacket bullet which is known for its positive functioning and exceptional accuracy. On impact this bullet does not expand and is ideal for target shooting. Whether for practice, target shooting or training exercises, Military Service Grade ammunition is a superb choice for high volume shooting.
One box per customer. Citizenship and club are required. If the customer has moved, a new 2A will need to be provided as well.

7.62 NATO Version of the M1 Garand. CMP is now offering two 7.62 NATO versions of the M1 Garand. Customers must fill out the CMP MOD-1 / MOD-0 Disclaimer Affidavit and submit it with their order. Bolt Action Rifle Limit. Effective April 10, 2024, customers are allowed to purchase up to 2 bolt action rifles per year. We have also made an exception for the Auction – if a customer has already purchased their limit but would like to bid on an auction bolt action, they are allowed to do so and purchase should they win the bid.

Laser Shot Simulator. CMP has purchased two Laser Shot Simulators. These systems are available for the public to use anytime the CMP Competition Center is open – Monday through Thursday (9am-3pm) and Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (EST). We are closed on Fridays. CMP Aces Postal. Join members of the CMP community across the country by competing in the CMP Aces Postal. Each competitor fires their match at a local club and submits targets (or scores if using electronic targets) to the CMP. A ranked list of results is provided for each quarter. Talladega D-Day Matches will be held at the CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park on June 6-9 and will include Shotgun Events in 2024! The John C. Garand D-Day Anniversary Match is a series of rifle and pistol events, scheduled to commemorate the anniversary of the Allied Forces landing at Normandy Beach in France back in 1944. For over a decade, the Civilian Marksmanship Program’s (CMP) Camp Perry Open has been a thrilling and unique destination for air rifle and air pistol competitors.
The Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) invites you to participate in the Annual Camp Perry Open. This year’s match will include a three-position air rifle competition, an international air rifle (all standing) event, an international pistol event, and clinic held at the Gary Anderson CMP Competition Center located at Camp Perry, Ohio. A 3×20 Smallbore match and final will be held on electronic targets at Petrarca Range, also located at Camp Perry, Ohio.

Each summer, the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) sponsors a popular series of Junior Rifle Camps and Clinics to teach intermediate and advanced rifle marksmanship skills to junior shooters and their adult leaders. Camps are open to any and all entrants. All camps are one week long, with the exception of the Outreach Clinics and the Advanced Standing Camps. CMP offers camps for both Smallbore and Air Rifle.
